Novels with dystopian settings are popular with people who are currently teenaged.
Books like The Supernaturalist, the Uglies series, House of the Scorpion and Lois Lowry's Gathering Blue, The Giver and Messenger offer a descent into a world very unlike the one that many young North American reader's find themselves living in....
Fried? Scrambled? Souffle-d? Hard Boiled?

I am a lover of Dystopian novels. I even took a class on them in college. I also love movies that have a dystopian theme. My favorite is Gattaca.
